Refund policy

Holding Hope journals are made to order in small batches, so we're not able to offer refunds for change of mind.

If your journal arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days at hello@holdinghopeivf.com.au and we'll sort a replacement or refund.

As this is a pre-order, please note your journal will ship once our first print run arrives — estimated timing will be shown at checkout.
